The New Rochelle Humane Society offers a variety of ways that you can help the homeless animals at our shelter. The work we accomplish every year would not be possible without the kind generosity of people like you.
Volunteer: We welcome the help and services of those 10 years and older. Volunteers are needed to assist with a variety of tasks. Time commitments can range from a few hours per week to as much time as you have available. Please click here for more details and to fill out a volunteer form.
Sponsor A Pet: The New Rochelle Humane Society is grateful to individuals who show their compassion by sponsoring a homeless animal. Through a monthly donation of just $20, you can make a difference in an animal’s life. For more information on sponsoring a homeless pet, please click here.
Foster: We are always in need of temporary foster homes for cats, kittens, dogs and puppies. As a foster parent, you will provide each animal with the extra time and care they need until they are ready for adoption. Please click here for more information on applying to be a foster home.
